Instructions

• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents at the address given below.

• Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only).

• Payment should be made to the school bank account and a receipt obtained from the bursar.

• Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon on 15th March 2025.

• Late bids shall be rejected.

• Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 pm on 24th september 2025.
