Invitation To Bid Under Open Domestic Bidding For Farm Machinery tender job at Uganda Prisons Service

1. The Uganda Prisons Service has allocated funds to be used for its acquisition of Farm Machinery.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above mentioned supplies:

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding a procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205, and is open to all eligible bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00am to 05:00 PM (Local time) on working days.

5. The Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USX. 100,000/- Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand The method of payment will be Bank Payment Form (BAF) using the Uganda Prisons TN No. 1000023217 to a bank of one's choice.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:00a m or 27/10/2025.
   Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(b) at 11:30a m or 27/10/2025.

7. There Shall be a pre - bid meeting.
