Invitation To Bid tender at United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Kampala, Uganda, wishes to invite registered, reputable, and qualified suppliers to submit firm offers for the tender outlined below.

Eligible and qualified suppliers, duly registered with the relevant government authorities in Uganda, with solid financial standing and proven, relevant experience in meeting UNHCR requirements, are invited to participate in this tender.

Bid documents can be accessed through your UNHCR Supplier Portal account. Registered suppliers may log in at https://supplier-portal.unhcr.org to access the documents and submit their bids.

If you do not have a UNHCR Supplier account, please visit https://www.unhcr.org/how-become-supplier for guidance on the registration process. Click on the 'Supplier Registration Portal' to create an account and become a registered UNHCR supplier.

Requests for further clarification on how to register as a new vendor or how to access your UNHCR Supplier account should be directed to ugakasupunhcr.org

The deadline for bid(s) submission is 02 April 2026 at 17:00 hrs (EAT). Bids submitted after the specified closing date and time will not be accepted.

UNHCR reserves the right to accept, reject, or postpone any bid. UNHCR also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, amend the bid timelines, or cancel the tender process at its discretion.

UNHCR tender documents are provided free of charge. No fees are required to obtain them, and applicants are advised not to make any payments in this regard.
