Invitation To Bid tender at The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC)

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, humanitarian, non-profit, non-governmental organization, which provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide.

The Norwegian Refugee Council in Uganda invites applications from eligible & competent firms for construction of classroom blocks and Latrine rehabilitation and repair in selected schools as listed below by participating through NRC online tender management system:

1. PROVISION OF SERVICES

For participation in online sourcing process, Interested firms are required to send their request through email on ug.tendernrc.no and accordingly automated instruction will be shared via return email with the respective firm for applying online.
Interested firms are required to follow the instructions available online and accordingly upload required documents.

Deadline for the submission is 17:30hrs EAT, Friday 27th March 2026.
Enquiries can be sent through digital procurement system by or before 17:30hrs EAT, Friday 20th March 2026.
The submitted Expression of Interest documents shall be opened at 10:00hrs EAT on Monday 30th March 2026.

Please note that Norwegian Refugee Council reserves the Right to Accept or reject any tender application and is not bound to give reasons for this decision thereof.
