Invitation To Bid Notice Under Local Domestic Bidding tender at Good Neighbors International Uganda

Good Neighbors International Uganda, is an international humanitarian and development organization committed to making the world a place without hunger, where people live together in harmony. In line with its commitment to improving infrastructure and access to essential services, Good Neighbors now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of construction services for the works. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Good Neighbors International Procurement guidelines which are open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the address below at the Good Neighbors International Uganda, Embassy Plaza, 4th Floor, Plot 1188, 1189 & 1190, Kabalagala, Ggaba Road, Kampala Tel: +256)4146707964 / Email: procurementgoodneighbors.ug from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30.

The interested eligible service providers shall send an Expression of Interest (EOI) in reference to the subject of procurement via email (procurementgoodneighbors.ug) and Terms of Reference (TOR) will be provided for the proposal writing as soon as the Expression of Interest (EOI) is received.

Interested and eligible service providers may apply for a maximum of two (2) subjects of procurement by category (Pit latrine, Kitchen, GFS, Triage, classroom block). Separate proposals must be submitted for each subject of procurement and their sealed proposals clearly marked with the reference number and subject of procurement applied for. Bids must be delivered to the address above or sent to the email above before the bid closing date Friday 24th July 2026.

There shall not be a pre-bid meeting/site visit.

Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened internally not in the presence of the bidder.
