A complete set of Bidding documents in English will be obtained from and returned to the procurement and disposal unit located in the main administration block addressed to "Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Amuria District Local Government" and payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ugx 100,000/= for all procurement Projects. All monies should be paid through the Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS) to Amuria District Finance Office. A receipt shall be issued by the district cashier, each item must be applied for separately in case a firm intends to be short listed in more than one category. Applications should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Tender/Pre-qualification for â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦â¦.." and clearly addressed to the Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit, Amuria DLG P.O. Box 4, Amuria, not later than 10th July, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted.
