Nwoya District Local Government invites applications from suitably qualified and competent firms to add on its Prequalified firms list to offer services and supplies for financial years 2026 – 2027 and Revenue Collection for FY 2026-2027 as indicated below:

NOTE: - Those prequalified in the FY 2024-2025 and 26-27 need not apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2023, and are open to all domestic bidders.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit, Nwoya District Local Government from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

3. Interested bidders can pick a complete set of bidding documents from the Procurement and Disposal, Unit Nwoya District Local Government after payment of a non-refundable fee on Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS). For payment and generation of PRN call 0782602033 and thereafter obtain a general receipt from the above contact person or call District Cashier on 0774535974.

4. The Non-refundable Fee for Frameworks and Prequalification is 50,000/= and Revenue 30,000/=.
