Invitation For Prequalification Of Suppliers And Service Provider For The Financial Year 2026-2028 tender at Barlonyo Agro Technical Institute

Barlonyo Agro Technical Institute intends to pre-qualify eligible firms for supply of goods and services for financial year 2026-2028 the items to be provided included

CATEGORY A SUPPLIES
Applications are invited from eligible suppliers for the provision of:

1. Agricultural training materials and inputs
2. Building and construction training materials
3. Wood work training materials
4. Fashion and design training materials
5. Automotive Mechanics training materials
6. Sundry items
7. Assorted stationery
8. Wood fuel
9. Staff and student uniforms
10. Plumbing training materials

CATEGORY B SERVICES
Applications are invited from eligible service providers for:

1. Cesspool emptying services
2. Repair and maintenance of computers
3. Repair and maintenance of generators
4. Repair and maintenance of electrical and solar equipment and accessories
5. Installation of chain-link and barbed wire fencing
6. Repair and maintenance of motorcycles
7. Repair and maintenance of motor vehicles
8. Repair and maintenance of farm tractors
9. Engraving of institutional assets
10. Provision of internet services
11. Bush clearing /leveling of play ground

PREQUALIFICATION CONDITIONS
Prequalification shall be in accordance with the Barlonyo Agro Technical Institute Procurement Guidelines. All existing suppliers/service provider wishing to be retained MUST apply and submit up to date documentation

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Interested applicants must submit;

1. A Cover letter clearly indicating the category and lot number for which interest is being expressed.
2. Evidence of past performance eg Local Purchase Orders (LPOs)
3. A certificate of incorporation/registration e.g trading licence
4. Each applicant must not submit interest for more than three LOTS
5. Acceptance of application by the institution does not guarantee award of contract in any way
6. Valid URA Tax clearance certificate (TCC) A current certificate issued by Uganda Revenue Authority

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Applications for different categories must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes indicating Barlonyo Agro Technical Institute
• Each envelope must be clearly labeled: "Prequalification for Supply of Goods/ Services - Lot Number"

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION
All application must be submitted by hand ,courier,or post to address below not later than 30th October 2026 at 5:00 pm.
