Terms & Conditions: -
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 (205) and LG PPDA regulation 2023. -
Interested firms/companies may obtain the relevant bid documents from the Procurement & Disposal Unit upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ux:100,000 through Integrated Local Revenue Administrative System (IRAS) and receipt of evidence of payment presented to PDU. -
Three (3) copies of bid document should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Prequalification or Framework Contracts or framework for special interest groups for ...... For FY 2025/2026/27/28-2029†and addressed and delivered to the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Amolatar District Local Government Po Box 3 Amolatar, works block. Bids will be closed at 11:00am on Friday 19th June 2026.
Late submissions will be rejected. The bids will be opened thereafter at 11:30 am on the same day in the Procurement and Disposal Unit Amolatar district in the presence of Bidders or representatives interested to attend.
