1. Ora Technical Institute - Warr hereby invites interested bidders from Competent Companies to Prequalify for the following Supplies and Services for FY 2026-2029 as described below:

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by bidders interested in the provision of goods / supplies and services upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 53,000 (Fifty three thousand shillings) for each category paid to the bank Account No. 3100116974 (Account Title: Ora Technical Institute), Centenary Bank, Paidha Branch)
3. Sealed bids must be delivered to Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ora Technical Institute -warr NOT later than Wednesday 14th October 2026 at 12:30 p.m. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or bidders' representatives, who may choose to attend at 02:00 p.m at the above address.
