Invitation For Prequalification For Providers For Fy 2027 tender at King’s College, Buddo

In accordance with regulation 126, of the Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2003, King’s College, Budo is in the process of developing a shortlist of providers from which bidders will be invited to bid.

King’s College, Budo invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed pre-qualification submissions for the provision of supplies & services for FY 2027. Applications should be addressed to Chairperson Procurement and Disposal Unit, P.O. Box 7121 Kampala Uganda.

CATEGORY SUPPLIES & SERVICES

Conditions for prequalification

1. Pre-qualifications will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda.
   Pre-qualification is open to all eligible bidders.
2. Applicants are required to pay non-refundable fees of Shs. 100,000 (Uganda shillings one hundred thousand shillings only) to the school bursary.
3. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery of bid documents.
4. DETAILS OF SUBMISSION
   1. Physical location and postal address of the firm. Trading license 2026 and Certificate of Registration.
   2. Details of bank account (Bank Statement).
   3. Three (3) copies of the application (an original copy & two duplicates) in sealed envelopes marked “Prequalification for……….REF: Category and item”.
   4. Picking of bids & submission of bids will be from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
   5. King’s College, Budo reserves the right to accept or reject any application or all applications.
