PROCUREMENT NOTICE 2, 2026/2027

Napak District Local Government invites applications from interested eligible, competent and reputable firms for pre-qualification to provide the following works, services, and supplies in FY 2026/2027.

Pre-qualification submissions/expressions of Interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (Rules and Methods for procurement of supplies, works and non-consultancy services) Regulations 2023 of the Government of Uganda. Pre-qualification is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Napak District Local Government and inspect the pre-qualification and bidding documents at the address given below, from 8:30-4:30 Pm on working days.

A complete set of pre-qualification document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50,000 Uganda Shillings.

To be paid on IRAS (INTEGRATED REVENUE ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM). The pre-qualification documents will be availed to you upon presentation of a receipt from the Finance Department to the Procurement and Disposal Unit.

The document will be sent in sealed envelopes and clearly marked "pre-qualification document for provision." and should be addressed to the Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit Napak District Local Government, P.O Box 106, Napak.

Pre-qualification and Tender submissions/expressions of interest MUST be 1 original & 1 copy delivered to the address below at or before 29th JULY 2026 at 11:00 AM after which the bids will be opened at 12:00 Pm at PDU OFFICE at the presence of bidders who may wish to attend.
