Pre-qualification submissions of Interest will be evaluated in accordance with the PPDA procurement Guidelines. -
The pre-qualification bidding document is in English and can be obtained from the NCS Headquarters plot 2-10 Coronation Avenue between 9:00am and 4:55pm on working days, starting on Monday 22nd June, 2026 by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon deposit of a non-refundable fee of 50,000/= (Fifty Thousand Shillings only) at any bank having generated a PRN through the Uganda revenue authority portal. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. -
Bidders are required to indicate the specific items they are bidding for on the bidding document and submit in one original and two copies. -
Bidders should clearly indicate official emails of the company, Names of Directors and their contact details and close representatives of the company for day-to-day operations. (This information should be put on a separate sheet in the bidding document.) -
Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes clearly labeled.

Sealed bids must be submitted not later than 7th July, 2026 by 11:00am. -
Bids Opening will be on Tuesday, 7th July, 2026 at 11:30am NCS Lugogo Sports Complex, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend. NB: - Late Submissions of bids will be rejected.
