Invitation For Contractors /Pre-Qualification for Providers of Works, Services and Goods for The Financial Year 2025/26 tender at Nakaseka District Local Government Nakaseka District Local Government intends to procure works/services/ goods in PY 2025/26. Subsidy qualified bidders to submit sealed pre-qualification/Contract bids for the following items. - WORKS:
Construction of buildings ii. Protection of water sources iii. Excavation and reconstruction of valley tanks iv. Borehole rehabilitation v. Construction of deep, production boreholes and water springs vi. Construction of mini-solar piped water supply systems - SUPPLIES:
Supply of printed & unprinted stationary ii. Supply of total and lubricants iii. Supply of building materials iv. Supply of electrical equipment, generators that servicing and maintenance v. Supply of gravel (murrant) and concrete culverts vi. Supply of food stuffs, refreshments and fire wood vii. Supply of borehole pump parts and spares viii. Supply of last spares for motor grader bc. Supply & installation of electrical appliances & generators x. Supply of army (renomboing) tires nursery & livestock inputs y. Supply of furniture, tags, sign posts and engraving services xii. Supply water tanks xiii. Supply of computer (dashpots and joipes, computer accessories, office equipment and fittings and photocopies) xx. Supply of spares and repair services for motorcycles and motor vehicles xx. Supply of motor cycles xxi. Supply of medical equipment xxii. Supply of road tools and implements - SERVICES:
with Cleaning of the internal and external premises Repair and servicing of computers and other office equipment xx. Mining of road equipment & plants for road vehicles xxi. Strips, designers, and supervisors of borehole drilling xxii. Provision of legal services - SPECIFIC BIDDING
Operation of the district canteen at the District Headquarters CONDITIONS FOR PREQUALIFICATION - Documents evidencing eligibility:
a) The Identification Number b) Value Added Tax certificate c) Name and address of business â physical location, Box, telephone and email address d) Current banking indicating a current certified bank statement e) Names and National IDs of directors f) Current certified trading license g) Powers of attorney h) Certificate of incorporation and memorandum of association i) Copies of Income Tax Guarantee certificate - Business profile with details of staff
k) Staff or equipment / machines l) Drilling permits for bore hole drilling m) Companies for fuel and lubricants must submit their certification n) Comments l) Company experience (Attach completion certificates where applicable) o) Latest audited books of accounts at least three years p) All firms must be registered with PPDA The entity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the works, services and supplies mentioned above. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic procedures described in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2014 and is eligible to all bidders in Uganda. In this article bidders may obtain further information from the PDU and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at the Hong Kong Board. The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below, accompanied with a general receipt obtained from the District CRO Office upon payment of non-restable fee of UGC, 100,000/- for all items. Bidders should note that documents may be inspected, issued, delivered and opened at Nakaseka District PDU, p. O. Box 451, Luwero. The documents will be delivered by hand. No liability will be accepted unless there is false delivery. Box 451, Luwero, and not being delivered at the District Headquarters Battalised on or before 24thJuly, 2025 at 11.00 am hours local Time, at which they will be opened in the presence of Bidders who wish to attend or their representatives.
