Invitation For Bids Disposal Of Assets - Uganda tender job at East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Ltd

East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Ltd invites experienced and reputable companies or organizations to express their interest in Buying Asset (Mercedes Benz Arocs 2036) for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project.

The EACOP Project involves the construction and operation of an underground and cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from the Lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabashie, Hoima District in Uganda to the Chongchuan peninsula in Tanga, Tanzania. The use of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 296 km will be in Uganda and 1,147 km in Tanzania. In Uganda, the pipeline will traverse two (2) regions, which are Western and Central regions, and in Tanzania, eight (8) regions comprising of Kagera, Getta, Shinyanga, Tabora, Singida, Dodoma, Manyara and Tanga, 27 administrative District Councils, and 231 villages.

EACOP Ltd is now inviting interested parties to submit their bids for the purchase of the one (1) Pop Up Truck with the following details:

• Elevated Stage

• Generator

• Fridge

• Work desks, Computer, printer, and other accessories

The Motor Vehicle can be inspected on weekdays during normal working hours (09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs) from 13th November 2025 to 21th November 2025. EACOP Ltd will not be liable for any after-sale costs, including taxes, as the motor vehicle was purchased with a tax exemption. (WJ: Custom clearance and Import Utility on Customized Cabin). NOTE: Any successful bidder shall be required to pay 50% per cent of the purchase price within 14 from the date of communication of the award. Any failure to do so within the required timeline will invalidate the award and the sale will be cancelled with a penalty of 5% per cent of the winning bid. Big winner shall be responsible for payment of all related taxes for the purchase and the title transfer fees. Once paid for, the bid winner shall be required to take the vehicle and remove from EACOP bid premises within 24 hours from the completion of the payment of the purchase price. All bids must be in English Language
