Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of potential investment opportunities (e.g., new farm equipment, land acquisitions, diversification projects).
- Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast returns, cash flows, and risks.
- Perform industry and market research to identify trends and assess competitive positioning.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular reports.
- Assist in the due diligence process for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
- Track and analyze the company's financial performance against budget and strategic goals.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
