Duties and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the following: • To track audit and coordinate the activities of all the staff members engaged in inventory control and accuracy of the ERP on the side of inventory. • Check inventory team routines that impact KPI and ensure they are measured daily weekly and monthly through reporting. • To lead the inventory team and provide leadership for training and development in areas of weakness that will have been identified. • To manage inventory days. • Post review and explain all inventory count variances as well as inventory valuation. • To manage and execute end-month closure routines. • To establish and execute cycle count schedules and identify the cycle count discrepancies in the ABC • To maintain and review inventory positions as required by the sales and operations planning process, customer requirements, and production schedules. • Lead the team practices and ensure execution Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor of Procurement and Supply Chain Management or related field. • Experience in a manufacturing environment. • Experience in FMCG warehousing • Experience in managing decentralized warehouses. • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in Inventory Management tools. Job Experience: No Requirements Work Hours: 8 Experience in Months: Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
