Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train & manage a team of insurance sales agents
• Develop winning sales strategies & hit sales targets
• Motivate your team to maximize performance & earnings
• Drive new business & build lasting client relationships

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of insurance sales experience
• Strong leadership & people management skills
• Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of the Ugandan insurance market
• Ability to train & inspire a winning sales team
