Instructors/Drivers job at Prestige Driving School

We are seeking proactive and eager individuals to join our team as Instructors/Drivers at our recently established branches.

Any Branch

Experience & Education

• Minimum of a UCE Certificate
• Must have a Driving permit with 5 yrs on road/ from the date of issue
• Excellent communication skills

Skills/Activities

• Train fresh learners how to drive safely (both practical & theory)
• Train basic mechanics to all clients before handing over for testing .Maintain the training cars in good condition and clean.
• Record car mileage and submit a report to the supervisor.
• Prepare learners for emergency situations and Instil confidence in the learners.
• Make sure the cars are parked at designated parking.
• Help branch managers collect inquiries when not instructing.
• Reporting accidents and Ensuring reported issues are resolved.
• Ensure sales & customer services expectations are met.
• Deliver excellent customer care to clients,Get feedback from clients after lessons
• Ensure safety of the learners on and off road.
• Ensure safety of cars mechanically.
• Ensure cars are parked well daily.
• Ensure the lessons done in a day match the fuel
• Ensure all mechanical breakdowns are reported on time and follow to completion
• Reports to Fleet and Operations manager.
