To pull this off, we need an inhouse recruiter with stamina, creativity, and a sixth sense for spotting future stars before the world knows their name. This isnât corporate. Itâs not bureaucratic. But if you like the chaos of creation, read on. What Youâll Do - Build and execute recruitment campaigns at scale, across multiple countries and departments.
- Own the entire hiring funnel, from sourcing to offer. And do it again. And again.
- Actively over-hire to build depth, absorb attrition, and prep for the next growth wave.
- Source from the public, not just job boards. Events, communities, smart networks. You know how.
- Implement and optimize workflows using tools like Workable and TestGorilla, but never hide behind them.
- Keep the pipeline full. Empty pipelines mean empty results.
- Align with hiring managers without losing momentum, recruitment is a daily executive function here.
Requirements Who You Are - 2+ years in recruitment in a hyper-growth environment or scaling startup.
- Comfortable hiring across cultures and time zones, especially in Africa.
- You love people, but you really love results.
- You're highly organized but move fast, velocity doesnât scare you.
- You speak fluent English. Bonus if you know how to charm in Swahili, French or Dutch.
- Most of all: you're a doer. You don't delegate your impact. You deliver it.
