Hence we are seeking a dedicated Information Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of information within our organization and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. - Minimum Qualification : Bachelors

- Experience Length : 1 year
Job Description/Requirements Key Responsibilities: Information Management: - Collect, organize, and store company information, including meeting minutes, client files, and design specifications.
- Digitize client measurements for accurate record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain a system for efficient storage and retrieval of documents.
Client Relations: - Proactively update clients on the progress of their designs, quotations, orders, and complaints.
- Offer exceptional customer care support, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct client surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Communication: - Maintain open and effective communication with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Utilize a ticketing system to track and manage client complaints.
- Ensure that all communication is timely, accurate, and professional.
Process Management: - Implement and maintain efficient processes for information management and client relations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services.
Required Skills: - Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused
- Customer service-oriented
- Confidence in speaking with clients and addressing their needs
Additional Requirements: - Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
