- Develop and innovate menus featuring North and South Indian specialties
- Ensure quality control, portion accuracy, and timely service
- Manage kitchen staff and train junior cooks in Indian techniques
- Monitor inventory and maintain stock of spices and specialty ingredients
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
QUALIFICATIONS: - Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine (3+ years)
- Mastery of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional dishes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen
- Culinary certification or equivalent experience preferred
