Stars, operates, tends, stops, and cleans machines. Assembles finished product and inspects products to ensure high quality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for starting up and stopping equipment.
- Assists with production lines in the factory.
- Keeps machines clean.
- Responsible for daily and weekly care of machine with maintenance team.
- Responsible for loading and unloading PET, HDPE and Master batch.
- Checks to ensure that all caps and preforms are as per standards
- Checks to ensure that all products are packed as per standards
- Feeds or places items onto equipment for processing.
- Lubricates machines and keeps record of it.
- Ensures conformance to specifications.
- Marks parts for identification.
- Scraps waste material from machine.
- Reads and interprets gauges.
- Takes instructions from supervisors.
- Reports any abnormalities in machines.
- Performs any other task as per management request.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: - A minimum of a diploma ’s degree in mechanical & electrical engineering from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
- Husky Machine Experience is Mandatory.
Key Requirements: - Familiar with Carbonated Soft Drinks and/or water treatment plant.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
