- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, labour law compliance, and HR best practices.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to support workforce planning and informed business decisions.
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' HR Generalist experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partnering role.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, employee relations, labour laws, and HR analytics.
- Experience using HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM is an added advantage.
