Human Resources Manager Overview We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our talent acquisition and people strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, strengthening HR systems, and fostering an innovative and inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, field agents, and other priority positions.
- Implement agile performance management systems that promote accountability, development, and continuous feedback.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with the Uganda Employment Act and other applicable labour laws.
- Support organizational growth while maintaining a positive employee experience.
Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years progressive HR experience in a technology, fintech, or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and labour compliance.
- Passion for financial inclusion and people development.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Applicants must be 35 years and above.
