- Help organize induction sessions for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave records.
- Assist in coordinating staff training and development programs.
- Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications - Graduated in 2024 or later.
- Bachelorâs degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Ugandan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong confidentiality, organization, and interpersonal skills.
