Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition - Recruit high-performing employees for Lafab Solutions Ltd.
- Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for candidates.
- Support recruitment campaigns and field mobilization activities.
- Reduce recruitment costs and improve hiring efficiency.
- Monitor and improve time-to-fill for open positions.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Build relationships with universities, training institutions, and professional networks to attract talent.
Human Resource Management - Coordinate staff onboarding and induction processes.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management processes and performance reviews.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and staff welfare programs.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Support disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and staff productivity.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management.

- Track worker attendance, punctuality, and replacements where required.

Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
