This includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance, and administrative duties. The HR Officer will maintain a positive work environment aligned with the hotelâs high service standards and luxury brand image. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding - Assist in talent acquisition by posting job openings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes.
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the hotelâs culture and operations.
2. Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support conflict resolution and promote a healthy work environment.
- Assist in organizing staff engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building events.
3. Training & Development - Coordinate training schedules, materials, and attendance for new hire and ongoing staff training.
- Maintain training records and support management in identifying training needs.
4. Performance Management - Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
- Support department heads in implementing performance improvement plans.
5. HR Administration - Maintain accurate employee records (e.g., contracts, leave, attendance, personal files).
- Ensure HR databases and systems are up to date.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
6. Compliance & Standards - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel policies.
- Participate in audits and prepare HR-related documentation as needed.
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2â3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or other HRIS).

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Discreet, ethical, and trustworthy.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
