As a Human Resource Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's human resources functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations that align with our strategic goals and values. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: - Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers.Â
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive experience and smooth integration into the company.Â
Employee Relations:Â - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support in compliance with company policies and employment laws.Â
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.Â
HR Administration:Â - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.Â
- Manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Â
Training and Development:Â - Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, in alignment with business objectives.Â
- Support career development and succession planning efforts within the organization. ?
- Compensation and Benefits:Â
- Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and related tasks.Â
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.Â
HR Compliance:Â - Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.Â
- Implement HR policies and practices that promote fairness, equity, and a positive work environment.Â
HR Projects and Initiatives:Â - Support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement and organizational development efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Â
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.Â
- Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.Â
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.Â
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Â
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. ?
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Â
Preferred Skills:Â - HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.Â
- Experience with HR software and tools for recruitment, performance management, and payroll administration.Â
