The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's goals. The role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities Human Resource Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Advise management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Lead the development and review of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Recruitment and Talent Management - Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Develop talent management and succession planning programs.
- Ensure the organization attracts and retains high-performing employees.
Employee Relations - Foster positive employee relations and workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Promote employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Performance Management - Coordinate performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
- Support managers in setting performance targets and evaluating employee performance.
- Monitor and improve organizational productivity and effectiveness.
Training and Development - Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs.
- Develop leadership and capacity-building initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training interventions.
Compensation and Benefits - Manage payroll administration in collaboration with the Finance Department.
- Review compensation structures and employee benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and equitable remuneration practices.
Compliance and HR Administration - Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management decision-making.
Health, Safety and Welfare - Promote workplace health, safety, and employee welfare programs.
- Support compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- A Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
- Professional HR certification such as CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5â8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Key Competencies - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
