Key Responsibilities: - Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Help maintain HR databases and employee records
- Assist in organizing training and development programs
- Support performance management processes and documentation
- Help with employee engagement initiatives and surveys
- Assist in policy research and documentation updates
- Support with compliance monitoring and reporting
Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in, or recent graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS)
- Understanding of employment law basics
- Experience with survey tools and data analysis
