Job Description/Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement, wellness, and training initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
