What We’re Looking For: - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR professional membership (HRMAU, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Over 5 years of progressive HR experience in structured organizations, preferably in industrial sectors such as mining, transport, logistics, or construction.
