Qualifications and Experience - Bachelorâs Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 yearsâ experience in a human resource and administration role, preferably within an SME environment.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
