The plant will convert waste tyres and plastics into pyrolysis oil and other sustainable fuels, contributing to industrial energy solutions and circular economy development. We invite applications from highly competent, disciplined, and results-oriented individuals to fill the following positions: HSEQ & Compliance Officer Job Summary: The HSEQ & Compliance Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental and quality systems to ensure zero harm operations and full regulatory compliance. Key Result Areas: - HSEQ policies, procedures, and management systems are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements is achieved and sustained.
- Risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections are conducted regularly.
- Incidents, accidents, and near-misses are investigated and corrective actions implemented.
- Emergency preparedness plans and response systems are established and tested.
- Staff training, awareness, and compliance with HSE standards are ensured.
Requirements: Applicants must possess a degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a NEBOSH International Diploma. A minimum of three (3) yearsâ experience in industrial HSEQ is required. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and safety systems is essential. - HSEQ policies, procedures, and management systems are effectively implemented and maintained.
