Mindbus Health Support Uganda is looking for a dedicated HR & Wellness Officer to support our people, promote employee wellbeing, and help build a healthy, supportive working environment.

What you’ll do:

• Support HR administration and staff welfare
• Promote employee wellness and psychosocial support
• Support team building and a positive workplace culture
• Coordinate wellbeing programmes and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
• Knowledge of HR is an added advantage
• Based in Kampala, Uganda
• Open to applicants aged 25 and above, as stated in the vacancy announcement
