KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
- Ensure contracts, 3Ds, and staff files are up-to-date and compliant.
- Implement and monitor quarterly performance reviews.
- Handle staff relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead staff engagement, wellness, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, NSSF, PAYE, and HR policies.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and staff insights for leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years at management/supervisory level.
- Experience managing both casual and permanent workers is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Ugandan labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Membership with a professional body is an added advantage.
