Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to manage and oversee all human resource functions at our Uganda location. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, labor law compliance, employee engagement, and talent management in a multi-cultural environment. - Minimum Qualification : Masters

Job Description/Requirements Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure compliance with Ugandan labor laws and company policies. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Coordinate training & development programs for skill enhancement and capacity building. Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention strategies. Maintain HR records and prepare periodic HR reports for management. Assist in performance appraisal systems and incentive programs. Collaborate with local government authorities for HR/legal matters when needed. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. -
5 to 10 years of proven HR experience, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing or a similar industry. -
Strong knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and HR best practices. -
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems. -
Strong organizational and leadership abilities. -
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities. Preferred:Prior experience working in Kampala or similar developing market conditions.Multilingual capabilities (e.g., English, Swahili, or any local languages).Experience with HRMS tools
