- Provide technical expertise on Ugandan HR compliance including Employment Act, NSSF, PAYE and union regulations.
- Diagnose workforce, payroll and HR challenges.
- Lead compliance discussions.
- Prepare Technical Discovery Briefs within 4 hours of meetings.
- Support customized proposals.
