Overview

The role requires flexibility, coordination with multiple departments, and occasional extended working hours depending on operational demands within the logistics business.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle office administration duties, coordinate staff trainings, medicals, inductions, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation and logistics for management.
• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar appointments and meeting schedules.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
