- Assist guests with check-in and direct them to their cottages or dining areas.
- Attend to guest inquiries and requests professionally.
- Take and communicate food and beverage orders when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure they are comfortable.
- Assist with reservations and guest bookings.
- Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional and positive atmosphere.
- Assist with promoting additional services and experiences offered at Hakuna Matata Gardens.
