JOB DETAILS:
BACKGROUND
A reputable 1st class private hospital with more than 70 beds located in Kampala City Center is looking for qualified and experienced people to fill the above-mentioned positions.
Duties:
• Training and managing staff, including the development of work schedules.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Preparing budgets and billing patients.
• Maintaining hospital records and data.
• Working with professional and non-professional staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Acting on behalf of the hospital in communication with external tenders, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and members of the public.
Qualifications, Competence, and Experience:
• Certified professional healthcare manager or other related qualifications.
• A master’s or PhD equivalent qualification shall be an added advantage.
• Aspiring candidates must possess previous administrative experience in a health care setting.
• Must be able to work with colleagues, patients, insurance providers, and other organizations doing business with the hospital.
• Must have a good understanding of the technical elements of health care and related technologies.
