- Conduct home visits to study participants to provide follow-up and support
- Collect health, demographic, and behavioral data as per study protocol
- Educate participants and caregivers on study procedures, health practices, and intervention adherence
- Monitor participant well-being and report any adverse events or concerns to the study team
- Maintain accurate records of visits, observations, and data collected in source documents or electronic systems
- Promote participant retention and engagement through consistent communication and rapport-building
Qualifications: - DIPLOMA : Humanities or related course â Mandatory
Certifications: - Diploma Certificate â Mandatory
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Subjects Protection (HSP â Added Advantage
- Riding or Driving Permit â Mandatory
Skill & Experience: - Experience in community health, home visits, or field research and experience in clinical trials is an added advantage
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Subjects Protection (HSP) is desirable.
- Ability to clearly explain study procedures, health information, and interventions to participants and caregivers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and basic literacy in English and local languages relevant to the study population.
- Familiarity with the geography, culture, and language(s) of the study area to facilitate participant engagement and community rapport. â Mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills â Mandatory
