Role Overview

Diagnose, repair, and maintain Hyundai construction equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Use Hyundai Diagnostic System for electronic, hydraulic, and engine faults.
• Perform overhauls on engines, transmissions, and final drives.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders).
• Provide field service in remote sites under challenging conditions.
• Execute preventive maintenance to Hyundai standards.
• Maintain service logs and update machine history records.
• Train junior technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during repairs.
• Manage spare parts inventory during field service.
• Provide technical feedback to sales teams for product improvements.
• Prepare weekly service activity reports.
