Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the assigned primary school.
• Ensure adherence to government policies and education standards.
• Supervise and mentor teachers to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of school improvement plans.
• Promote community engagement and participation in school programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience, with 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
