Position Headteacher (Female) Location Kampala, Uganda School Type Secondary School [Girls' School / Mixed] Responsibilities or duties - Provide overall academic and administrative leadership of the school
- Supervise teachers and support staff
- Ensure high academic standards and student discipline
- Liaise with parents, the Board of Governors, and the Ministry of Education
- Manage school operations, budgeting and planning
Qualifications or requirements - Must be female
- Bachelor's Degree in Education; Master's Degree is an added advantage
- Registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity and commitment to girl-child education
Experience needed - Minimum 5 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Deputy Headteacher, Head of Department, etc.)
