Background

This is a private school, for girls only with both 'O & A' level registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports. It is located 6kms from Jinja city along Jinja - Iganga highway.

Responsibilities

• In charge of overall administration and management of the school.
• Plans for physical development of the school and professional development of the staff.
• Plans, organizes, directs and co-ordinates the teaching programs and activities of staff and students.
• Ensures proper planning for the school activities and resources in consultation with the Board of Governors/ Directors.
• Co-ordinates the functions of the Board of Governors/ Directors and accounts to them and the Ministry of Education and Sports.
• Supervises and appraises all the employees of the school.
• Directs activities concerning student admissions and welfare of students.
• Performs any other duties assigned by the relevant authority.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in/ with Education with a recognized learning institution
• Must be registered as a graduate teacher with the Ministry of Education and Sports
• A minimum of ten (10) years teaching experience
