o Provide overall leadership and management of the school.
o Implement national education policies and ensure compliance with the curriculum.
o Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
o Manage school finances and ensure efficient use of resources.
o Monitor and evaluate staff and student performance.
o Ensure student discipline and school safety.
• Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a recognized institution.
o At least 3 years of experience in a teaching or administrative position.
o Additional training or certification in Education Management or Leadership is an advantage.

• Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill vacant positions that exist in the service of Butebo District Local Government.
