Responsibilities The role is responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, ensuring efficient and compliant operations, leading high-performing teams, and continuously improving processes to support business growth and expansion. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Business- related course, or Finance related course, or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical sciences or Engineering or Business management or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB.Ch B)
Additional advantage: - Qualification of Pharmacy with work experience in manufacturing industry or pharmaceutical production industry; or
- Master of business administration or Post Graduate training in Business management, accounting or marketing
Experience: - High level executive with substantial experience in business development, manufacturing and/or marketing
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development within the healthcare sector, preferably in manufacturing or marketing products and services to both local and international healthcare industry or someone doing business promotion of health-related commodities.
- Demonstrable experience in development of new products and services and bringing them to scale in the market in Uganda/East African Region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Business- related course, or Finance related course, or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical sciences or Engineering or Business management or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB.Ch B)
