- Lead sales initiatives and customer engagement, particularly for paint products, to drive business growth.
- Monitor stock levels, analyze sales trends using Excel, and prepare business performance reports.
- Establish operational procedures and streamline supply chain processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with hardware clients, construction site managers, and distributors.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in the paint or building finishing industry.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, analysis, tracking).
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business operations or sales management.
